Castello della Sala (Marchesi Antinori)

Antinori is one of Tuscany's great wine dynasties, and Cervaro is their flagship white — made just over the border in Umbria. It's a rich, serious Chardonnay blended with a small amount of local Grechetto grape, aged in French oak barrels, and priced around $50–60.
