Welcome to Gossip. These terms cover your use of gossip.wine and the Gossip app. By creating an account or using Gossip, you agree to them.
You must be of legal drinking age in your country (21 in the United States) to use Gossip. Gossip is about wine; if you can't legally drink it, this isn't the app for you yet.
You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since that's how you sign in.
The photos, ratings, notes, and comments you post belong to you. By posting them, you give Gossip a license to store, display, and share them within the service — that's what makes the feed work. Bottle photos you scan may also appear on public wine pages; your name, personal notes, and private cellar contents do not appear publicly.
Don't post anything illegal, hateful, or harassing. Don't impersonate other people. We can remove content or close accounts that abuse the community.
The guides, wine data, drinking windows, and prices on Gossip are informational opinions, not professional, financial, or investment advice. Drinking windows are honest estimates, not guarantees. Drink responsibly.
Gossip is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running and to keep your data safe, but we can't promise uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for losses arising from your use of it beyond what you paid us (currently: nothing). We may change or discontinue features as the product evolves.
You can delete your account any time by emailing help@gossip.wine — we'll remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If we update them meaningfully, we'll note it here.
