Envínate is a four-person winemaking collective who travel Spain finding old vineyards that everyone else forgot about. This white comes from ancient vines on steep terraced slopes in Tenerife — grapes grown by small farmers who've been tending the same plots for generations, made into something genuinely unlike anything from mainland Spain.
