Girolamo Russo is a small family winery on the slopes of Mount Etna, now run by Giuseppe Russo, who left a career as a pianist to take it over. San Lorenzo is a single named vineyard on the volcano's north face — the wines are lean, mineral, and nothing like typical Sicilian white.
