Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina
Zuccardi
Zuccardi is one of Argentina's most serious family wineries, and Concreto is fermented and aged in concrete tanks rather than oak barrels, which lets the grape itself do the talking. It comes from high-altitude vineyards in Mendoza's cooler inland valleys and is priced around $25-30.
