
Aquila Cellars is a tiny biodynamic operation in Colorado's North Fork Valley, farming neglected old vineyards with almost no chemical inputs. The Ouzel is their spring-release red — a 50/50 blend of Barbera and Pinot Noir, made with native yeasts and minimal intervention, built for freshness over power.
