Arietta is a small Napa project focused on Bordeaux grape varieties at a time when most Napa wineries chase Cabernet. "On the White Keys" is their white blend — mostly Sauvignon Blanc with some Sémillon — made to feel rich but not heavy, closer to a fine white Bordeaux than a typical California style.
