Chacra is a small Patagonian winery run by Italian wine aristocrat Piero Incisa della Rocchetta, who came to Argentina's cold river valleys to make wine that feels more European than South American. The Mainqué Chardonnay comes from old vines and is lean and savory rather than the tropical, heavy style most expect from Argentina.
