Cascina Baricchi is a tiny family estate in Piedmont best known for Barbaresco — but this white is made from Timorasso, a nearly extinct grape, grown in a vineyard planted in the 1950s. The wine spent roughly nine years aging in used oak barrels before release, giving it uncommon depth for a white.
