Christian Tschida is a natural-wine farmer on the shores of Lake Neusiedl in eastern Austria who works with almost no intervention in the cellar. 'Himmel auf Erden' means 'heaven on earth' — a juicy, earthy red that shows what Austrian red grapes can do outside the mainstream.
