
Clos Rougeard is a tiny family domaine run by the Foucault brothers, long considered the benchmark for serious red wine in the Loire. This is their flagship: Cabernet Franc grown on old vines in chalk, aged in barrel — the wine that proved Loire reds could age like Burgundy at a fraction of the price.
