Domaine de Pallus is a small estate in Chinon, the Loire's heartland for Cabernet Franc. 'Les Pensées de Pallus' is their top wine, from old vines on clay-limestone slopes — a serious, earthy red that shows what this grape can do when grown carefully in the Loire.
