Dovecote is a small estate winery founded in 2014 by Noah Rowles on the historic Thompson Vineyard in Alisos Canyon — a new appellation Rowles himself helped create. The vineyard has been farmed by the same family since it was planted in 1989, all by hand, using organic methods.
