Milan Nestarec is a Czech winemaker from Moravia who became a cult figure by making wild, natural wines that taste nothing like the region's usual style. OKR is his Grüner Veltliner — made with minimal intervention, earthy and a little funky, the kind of bottle that divides opinion but always starts a conversation.
