
Sine Qua Non is a tiny California cult operation run by Austrian-born Manfred Krankl, who makes absurdly small quantities of wine that collectors fight over. Each release gets a different name and label artwork — 'Aperta' is one of his white blends, priced well into the hundreds of dollars.
