
Cascina Tavijn is a tiny family farm in Piedmont, Italy, run by Nadia Verrua, who makes wild, unfussy natural wines with almost nothing added. This is her light, easygoing take on Nebbiolo — the grape behind Italy's serious Barolo, but stripped down and made for pure drinking pleasure.
