Burgundy, France
Bonneau du Martray
Bonneau du Martray owns the single largest chunk of Corton-Charlemagne, the great white-wine hill in Burgundy, and makes only two wines. This is their white — one of France's most serious Chardonnays, from a producer focused entirely on that one hillside.
