Château Montrose

Montrose is one of the top estates in Saint-Estèphe, the northernmost of Bordeaux's famous left-bank communes, known for wines that are darker and slower to open than most. The 1995 is a serious, old-school Bordeaux from a very good vintage — the kind of bottle collectors hold onto for decades.
