Domaine Ponsot
Ponsot is a small family domaine in Burgundy that refuses to filter its wines and is known for doing things its own way. This is a rare white from very old vines of Aligoté — a grape usually ignored — grown in a single Morey-Saint-Denis hillside plot; the 1986 is a serious collector's bottle.
