Marlène Soria runs a tiny estate in the Languedoc almost entirely by herself, making wines in very small quantities that she releases only when she decides they're ready — sometimes a decade after harvest. This is her flagship red, a rich, serious wine that earned a cult following before most people had heard of the region.
