Vilmart & Cie is a small family estate in Rilly-la-Montagne that farms its own vineyards and never puts the wine through malolactic fermentation, giving it a sharper, fresher edge than most Champagne. Grand Cellier d'Or is their flagship vintage wine, mostly Chardonnay, aged longer than usual before release.
