Bindi is a small family winery in the cool, high-altitude Macedon Ranges north of Melbourne, run by Michael Dhillon. Dixon is their entry-level Pinot Noir — lighter and more approachable than their single-vineyard wines, but still serious, and usually priced well below those top bottlings.
