Bitouzet-Prieur is a small family domaine in Volnay, better known for whites but making serious reds too. Cent-Vignes is one of Beaune's oldest named vineyards — this is a classically made Burgundy from a reliable, under-the-radar grower, typically priced fairly for the pedigree.
