Can Ràfols dels Caus is a small family estate in Penedès, outside Barcelona, that planted Chenin Blanc — a Loire Valley grape almost nobody grows in Spain — decades ago. "La Calma" is their single-vineyard take on it: rich but not heavy, and genuinely unusual for the region.
