Cantina della Vernaccia is the historic cooperative in Oristano, Sardinia, that keeps alive one of Italy's rarest wines. Juighissa ages at least 8 years under a living yeast film — much like fino sherry — which gives it extraordinary staying power and a nutty, oxidative richness unlike anything else in Italian wine.
