Derain is a small organic family domaine in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune, run with minimal intervention and a low-key, artisan philosophy. En Remilly is a top single vineyard in Saint-Aubin — serious white Burgundy at roughly half the price of a comparable Puligny-Montrachet.
