Cusumano is a large, well-regarded Sicilian family winery that partnered with the Etna wine boom by launching Alta Mora as their volcanic-wine label. This white is made from Carricante, a grape grown on Mount Etna's mineral-rich lava soils, and it tends to be crisp and savory rather than fruity — more food wine than sipping wine.
