
Trapet is a small family domaine in Gevrey-Chambertin that farms biodynamically and owns a slice of Chambertin — the most famous red-wine vineyard in Burgundy. This 2010 is from one of the great recent vintages, and Chambertin at this level costs several hundred dollars a bottle.
