Anselme Selosse is the Burgundy-obsessed grower who changed how people think about Champagne — he treats individual plots of old vines like a small farmer, not a factory. This is his entry wine, made only from grand cru Chardonnay, and it tastes like nothing else in Champagne. Bottles fetch well above retail on the secondary market.
