
Jamie Kutch is a former Wall Street bond trader who quit to make Pinot Noir in California. He sources from cool, foggy vineyards near the ocean to make lighter, less sweet reds than most California Pinot — closer in style to Burgundy than to the fruit-bomb end of the spectrum.
