
Peggy and Jean-Pascal Buronfosse left city life in 1999 to settle in Rotalier, deep in the Jura, where they make tiny-batch natural wines from 4 hectares. Les Fontaines is their Pinot Noir — light, earthy, made without additives, from a region better known for white wines.
