Pierre Péters is a small family grower in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of Champagne's most prized chalk-soil villages. They make Champagne only from Chardonnay grown on their own land — this bottling is their entry point, and it's tighter and more mineral than most supermarket Champagne at twice the price.
