Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey left his family domaine to start his own label in 2005 and quickly became one of Burgundy's most sought-after white wine makers. This is from one of the region's most prestigious single vineyards — a tiny plot that produces some of the most expensive Chardonnay on earth.
