Domaine Bachelet

Bernard Bachelet's small family domaine in Gevrey-Chambertin is respected for honest, traditionally made Burgundy at prices that don't require a second mortgage. "Les Évocelles" comes from old vines on the village outskirts — older roots tend to give more concentrated, serious wine than younger plantings.
