
Bérêche is a small family estate that serious Champagne drinkers seek out because they farm carefully and make wines that taste like somewhere specific. Rive Gauche comes entirely from Pinot Meunier grapes grown on the left bank of the Marne valley — earthier and wilder than most Champagne.
