Caveau de Bacchus Arbois Trousseau Ruzard Rosière
RedTrousseauArbois, Jura, France

Lucien Aviet, nicknamed 'Bacchus' by his peers, built his reputation in Arbois by betting on old-vine Trousseau when everyone else planted Chardonnay. His son Vincent now runs the estate; this wine comes from two specific parcels, Ruzard and Rosière, farmed with almost entirely hand labor.
